Community Health Systems of Louisiana (CHSLa) is a new partnership organization that currently includes 10 community health centers. CHSLa generates professional support, informational resources and facilitates the business practices of its affiliated health centers. These health centers provide health and social services to low-income and medically underserved people throughout the rural regions of Louisiana, tailored to the patient's capacity to pay. All CHSLa organizational members are federally designated health centers.

The mission of CHSLa is to create a network infrastructure that has the capacity to collect, study and analyze regional rural health-related data, pursue financing for and implement collaborative and joint ventures with other regional health and social service-related organizations, and encourage the success of our member affiliates by offering efficiencies for their marketing, financial and business practices.

We are a government-supported program with funding support from the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA). For more information about HRSA, please visit their website at www.hrsa.gov. It is our goal to provide a voice and identity to all of our member health centers, as well as to advocate on behalf of our members and support their successful outreach and growth.
